Description

This practice helps streamline the training needs of academic credential assessors.

To decide whether an assessor is well trained in applying assessment criteria, a more senior staff member reviews the assessor's results to find out whether they deviate from the statistical average.

Based on the results of this review, the Certified Management Accountants of Ontario identifies whether the assessor needs more training.
