This practice concerns improvements to services for French-speaking applicants.

The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) has established a French language services program to meet the needs of its French-speaking applicants. The program, which is explained on the CPO website, offers:

  • facilitated support

  • French speaking assessors

  • translation services

  • registration information in French

The CPO reviews the program annually against published criteria to decide whether changes are needed.
