Fair Registration Practices Reports

Each regulated profession gives a yearly Fair Registration Practices (FRP) Report to the Office of the Fairness Commissioner (OFC). The report describes the profession's progress in meeting the requirements of the fair-access legislation.

FRP Reports are public information. Regulatory bodies must make their reports available to the public.

In addition to analyzing them, the OFC gives them to the Minister of Health (for regulated health colleges) or the Minister of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (for regulated professions and compulsory trades).

  • FRP reports for all professions and trades may be accessed by going to the  Professions and Trades section of the OFC website.
